ETI continues to distinguish itself as a successful gaming clan through individual initiative, superior organization and discipline, and tactical adaptation and flexibility. These characteristics develop and flourish as a result of the dedication of ETI members. Each member of ETI is acknowledged as a crucial element in the distinctive matrix of ETI's identity.

To compete in the virtual world of online gaming, you have to have real skills. ETI is a clan where you can get the skills you need. Since ETI's founding in 1998, we have carried on a tradition of training all initiates and sharing our collective knowledge to make every individual a better player. ETI shows everyone new aspects of the games we play, and you will find yourself looking at the game with a new perspective, regardless of your previous level of experience.

You don't need much experience to start the ETI initiation program. We've trained expert players as well as beginners. However, to make it through initiation, you will have to develop your skills, and we show you how. The ETI training and initiation program takes one month, where you will go to the regularly scheduled practices, play games outside of practice, and participate in discussions on our message board.

Once the training and initiation period is complete, you become a member of ETI, with access to all member areas of the website and can fully participate in all clan activities.
